Update: Now there's a total of 10 of us with Tucker still doing the final finish work and fancy stuff.
What's the impact? You're right - much shorter lead times now.
Fancy stamped rigs are now 4 months, Unstamped rigs (belt, holster and mag pouch) 8 weeks.

IWB's are out the door in 3-4 weeks now....
